• MYSTIC ALGARVE is not responsible for any loss or damage caused indirectly by their services nor for any items left in their vehicles.
• It is the clients' full responsibility to be on the day, time and location agreed with the driver. Failure to do so may result in being left behind.
• Prices are subject to change without previous notice, when due to circumstances beyond our control.
• No complaints will be accepted due to delays before or during the tour caused by circumstances beyond our control (weather, traffic, mechanical failure, etc.).

• The cost of the tolls is not included in the price of the transfer. This cost will be added when applicable.
• Cancellations: Refunds will only be given if cancelations are made up to 24 hours prior to the day of service.
